Description I spent 2 or 3 months trying to complete this. I know I'm not losing the touch here, it's just maybe I need to realign my priorities (?), or this is just a major dip in locomotive production that'll later crank up again...
--------------------------------------------------
The H-2 class was the second line of Mikados built at Reading, Harlech, Metropolitan Oceanic.

The engines were a part of a variety of freight engines that Oceanic Railways commissioned from an array of home-based locomotive works. The class was built from 1915 to 1926, being exported to nearly every location Oceanic had a railway, eventually topping up to roughly 354 built.

This number made it the most numerous of Oceanic's motive power built, though inevitably there were always larger mikados and engines built. The last one that operated in regular service was roughly around 1999, giving the class a working life of about 84 years. A not often talked about testament to a class that was always in the background.

As others have said, FANTASTIC!!  Mikados are just so wonderful a wheel arrangement.  80% of the engine is where it should be, on the drivers, with a bare minimum on the leading and trailing trucks handling curves and keeping the firebox supported.  ^^

Fantastic work, Dennis!

One question - why does the dome read "6003" and the cab has "2179"? Maybe the dome was rehashed from an older engine?

But overall, another splendid piece! I look forward to seeing more!

one minor thing, your engine is sitting on its wheel rims rather than the wheel itself.

In truth I am aware of that, mostly it's a unrealistic effect to show whole engine in profile, that's me and my OCD for detail XD

if its just the profile of the engine then don't include the rails
