oooooh... This is my first Nurarihyon no Mago fanart, and if you have been following me for a while, you know I never make good on my promises to fully color stuff.

Well, here it is, a fanart that began and ended in photoshop completely. I wasn't even planning it, it just happened. I guess that's for future reference that my pencil linearts stay linearts and my digital works sometimes make it to full colorization... orz.

Confession, I'm feeling a little weak for my GT pairing, and have since discovered Nurarihyon and started shipping these two a bit It's more cutesy because the characters are younger, but at least it's happening sort of hahaha.

Nurarihyon no Mago is another Shonen Jump series (I really love my SJ series) that chronicles the journey of the grandson of Nurarihyon (wiki it) in becoming the master of all spirits. I liked it because of all the descriptions of the various spirits in Japanese culture. But this series is definitely an SJ one, the main character, here Rikuo Nara, is 13, 1/4 demon and is he has a day form (human) and night form (demon as pictured here). Think the two sides of yugi from yugioh. And the progression is typical of a shonen fantasy fighting series. Yeah I'd say it's like Inuyasha meets Yugioh sort of. xD

Anyway, the girl here is a yuki onna, snow woman I guess? She's a youkai with ice powers... and her name is Tsurara!

Long description, I know, but this series is relatively unknown, not many fanarts for it yet. So here's my contribution! You will probably see more from me for the characters of this series, the designs are very cool And the anime begins tomorrow! Best of the luck to the series.
