Yes, this one in particular was full of young trouts, they were constantly swimming near the shore, even jumping over the surface to catch something. And I'm glad you like it, it's really worth seeing

No. I mean, I haven't asked anyone but it should be, it's in a Natural Park, protected zone. You ain't even allowed to pick flowers
