Outside the walls of stone and brick, the sordid sounds of battle carry on unabated.The world around me burns to ashes.
I pray in my sanctuary.
Agnus Dei, qui tollis peccΓ‘ta mundi, dona nobis pacem.
Lamb of God, you take away the sin of the world: grant us peace.

This is a piece that is supposed to express a plea for peace. It was meant to have a few other details, but I decided to keep it as is. I know it is not much, but it holds a thought.

what a beautiful image. i love the worn, earthy tones, as well as the handwriting u incorporated into this piece, which gives this an arcane, ancient look. the writing kinda reminds me of leonardo da vinci's backward writing for some reason. anyway, nice work.

i really like the picture. it captures the grandeur of the church. huge and magnificent i would say. how i wish i was there...
