Beautiful. I love how you get the focus just right around the eye so it almost pops out at your. its nice and keeps your attention on the person and nothing else (at lest in my case)

nicely composed, think its better the eye sits just off the centre of the photo.
there is, however, a lot of grey in this shot. I think if it wasnt for the shallow depth of field, the lack of contrast would create a very busy shot, distracting the viewers attention from the eye.
