Watercolors (Nevskaya Palitra «White Nights» and Rosa Gallery) and white gouache on Hahnemuhle Expression Watercolor paper 300 gsm, 25x32 cm

I still haven't finished Inktober project, but this one can be considered a part of it. This commission had do be done quickly because tomorrow it (and five more paintings) can be taken to Poland and Germany, to their owners.
Fanya is an old one-eyed Miniature Schnauzer. She was found and rescued from streets here in Ukraine, but had almost a zero chance to be adopted here. She found her new family in Poland and is living with them for almost two years now. They asked for a portrait of their dog because... well she's very old and has all the problems connected with aging and her every new day is a great joy. They want to save all the memories of her while she's still alive.

UPD Unfortunately Fanya died in sleep on November 29, 2019. She had a lot of health issues recently especially connected with heart and well, she was about 20 years old... It's a great loss for all our city's animal help community, but we're happy that it happened not in a clinic or a shelter, but in her own loving home.
