Fun fact:
Part of the reason so many people hate Mondays is because they sleepin on the weekends, which throws off their bodyβs rhythm ( circadian rythm, to get technical). So when they force themselves to wake up early for work or school on Mondayβs, their body is off balance and feels sucky. One way to beat the Monday blues is to sleep the same time each night, every night!Β
