Thank you! Usually I just use some guide lines to keep knotwork symmetrical, but this time I used giudelines just in the middle part of it. Then I drew the left part and traced it on another sheet of paper, and then traced it again inverted. (I hope my English is good enough to explain that).

Ah I understand. I tried something like that some time ago and it was all asymmetrical, because i nearly freehanded it all, your approach seems more thought through
