As the title says. I STILL can't seem to get un-lazy enough to do a formal work, but here's a sketch of Javert along with some floating arms. I'm resisting the urge to add a caption. His facial expression is screaming at me to add a caption!!!

But yeah. Not bad for a first try at drawing him. I may redefine some details later, but for now... Heehee.
