MISFIT'S BAAAACCCCKKK!!!

Exciting or what?!?! It's actually giving me the need to force myself through this really tough art block I've had for months and months. I actually drew this quite a while ago, but only just got around to scanning it in though. I'm gunna re-do Swetse's sheet as well, since he's only got a cub one, and his history's all wrong!

I'm not sure which charries I'm gunna keep to be honest, obviously Swetse, but I've got some new ones and I grew out of some of my old ones unfortunately, I still love them though. I think I need to see who's coming back as to which of my characters are still useful. I don't think Monmai will be around to be fair, Jethro didn't want to be mates anymore anyways so not sure where all that stood... Let me know who I should bring back!!

Also I've got a new species coming in too methinks, well not 'new' I invented it a while ago, I've just made it all proper and stuff. I'll make a few adoptables

I have truly missed you misfit's though, I was trying to create a new place that we could all go, but now misfit's back all's good!! I'm glad your back, I've been through some rough times where I could have really used a good chat, and you always used to be there for me

Anywho, yes this is Swetse's sister! *gasp* I think she's all pretty and stuff but yeah, get ready for a massive history, I mean massive!!!!

Abilities: The power to heal using the electricity that courses through her body, the ability to project electricity/ lighting out of her body to harm if she wishes, the ability to absorb lighting from the sky. Spectre form; the power to run super fast, the ability to appear as a like form of someone else (to almost morph into another although a few differences remain, eg. The markings can be darker or slightly different), the ability to read memories from someone’s mind, a strong connection with other Electron Lions ie. the ability to tell where they are, to tell if they’re in pain (also sometime to feel their pain) and to feel if they’re in trouble.

Personality: Skylar, or Sky as she likes to be called, is anything but regal, even if her markings think otherwise. She may have been a princess, but this girl is the most fun loving and mischievous of the lot. Sky can never bear a down moment, she will always be trying to find the happy and fun in everything. She has a wicked sense of humour and loves playing with the cubs, or should I say teasing the cubs. She will always use her powers to her advantage, using her spectre form to freak others out by appearing as others from their past or other members of the pride. Although Sky is not all fun, games and teasing, she does truly have a soft side, especially with family members, who she will protect to the death. Anger makes her quick to the point and gives her a feisty edge.

Background Story: Born to the King and Queen of the Electron Lions pride, Skylar was always brought up in a very formal and royal way. Her mother and father always strived to make her the perfect Princess; regal, loving, caring, solomn, and to always walk with such grace and elegance everyone would notice from her gait that she was royalty. Unfortunately Skylar had different ideas, she was not made for royalty, she was made for fun and mischief, she ditched her royal lessons as a cub, and took to exploring, learning fighting techniques and how to muddy her coat to hide her regal markings. This infuriated her father especially as he had plans to send her away to a rival pride as a peace offering, he had planned for her to marry their young prince and the two prides would be united, but with Skylar’s inability to take anything seriously or learn of royal ways her father feared for the prides future.
It was one fateful night when Swetse was born. Skylar was so pleased to have a new baby brother. Her parents were even more happy, as Swetse was just as the prophecies foretold, and they were sure he would be the one to stop the Electron Lions being hunted by the Spectres. At that moment as Skylar was told how important Swetse was she made a vow and a promise that she would never abandon him, she would always love and protect him, and that she would give her life to save him.

As Sky grew into a beautiful adolecent she taught Swetse plenty about his powers, although she knew they were not fully developed yet. She spent almost every waking moment with him, they were inseparable. Although one unfortunate day terror struck, as the pride were attacked by the Spectres, as the rose from the underworld. Skylar knew it was too dangerous for Swetse, although the prophecies foretold he would end this tyranny, she knew he was too young, he was not strong enough and the Spectres would end his little life.

She knew what she had to do, she alerted the pride of the attack, also calling a nearby ally pride, letting them know they were in danger. Then she ran as fast as she could to the Royal cave, her mother and father had already gone into the fray and as the pain wracked Sky’s body she knew they were in grave danger, but she’d made a promise to protect Swetse no matter what. She found the small cub hidden under some bedding, shaking for his life, she picked him up and ran for her life. Sky met on the border with the ally pride giving them Swetse and telling them to keep him safe until he was old enough to return to the lands. With a quick lick she said her last goodbyes to Swetse, almost knowing she wouldn’t see the little cub again. Sky pelted back into the fray. She saw her mother and father fall within the chaos, her heart told her they were dead. Others lay battered around the battlefield, their light fading away. The fury inside her rose as she leapt at the Spectres, fighting for her life, but she just didn’t have the strength and then with one fatal blow…

Darkness.

When Skylar’s eyes fluttered open she found herself in a cave very different from her own. Standing over her was the wise old wild dog, that lived just west of the Electron border. He explained what had happened. He told her how the Electron lions were no more, her mother, father and entire pride slayed by the Spectres. She was the last, she and Swetse. He then went on to explain how Sky was brought back from the dead, it was Spectre law that once they’d won a battle, they could spare the life of one of the slaughtered, they’d chosen Skylar, the reason no one knew. The wild dog then said to Skylar the lion that had found her and brought her to the wild dogs said she must find the chosen one. Skylar knew who he meant. She left heading for the pride that had Swetse in their care, but she was too late. The cub had gone missing a few days previous. Skylar took to the plains searching for her lost brother. During her journeys she discovered the Spectres had left her with a present, a part of themselves, in turn she was now half of what she hated the most. Years of travelling soon brought her tired and sore body to the misfit lands, and she could feel her brother near…
