Description BMW X6 interior.

My best interior shot to date, totally loving how this turned out. Quite a bit of work's gone into this one as well - hope you love it.

Sigh, I almost wish there was one of your stunning locations out the window though. I understand, you want the focus on the interior, but I dunno, it's just missing your signature skill to use the location and car together to make the shot.

Yeah. Would have to be photoshopped though, no other way to show any kind of location through the same windows you're firing a flash through - in total darkness

(Still not liking German cars, but hell, that looks comfy!)

Hehe..if you don't like the looks of that interior, what are you comparing it with? And what cars do you prefer as an alternative to something German?

Well, to tell you the truth, I wonder what's the point of BMW X-series existence when there's Range Rover. As far as I find Discovery 3 to be an ugly car, RRs' design is, as for me, a work of art. I simply love both the "regular" and Sport versions. For sedans I'd pick Saab 9-3, because it's a stylish and noble-looking car that doesn't shout out loud "I'm an emotionally dead middle-aged businessman who loves to humiliate the working class". At least not as loud as BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi do.
But let's go back to discussing the interiors. The X6 you managed to get a hold of is black inside, just as a man that would buy it. I mean those seats look like especially designed for Dr Evil. Yeah, I know there are various color options to pick from when it comes to the interior, but from a luxury car of this kind you'd expect it to be black. Anyway, as for me, German cars - while of remarkable quality - will always be just a mark of social status on wheels with no appeal whatsoever.
A few years back I'd say that Porsche is an exception. Back then it was a rare sight, but now there seems to be one Cayenne around every corner. And it is always driven by successful or 'well-married' woman talking over a cellphone. And Porsche used to be a true sportscar brand, comparable to those legendary Italian manufacturers... a sign that human civilization is not going in the right direction.

Well that's...quite a rant

I'd pick Mercedes for the "emotionally-dead-middle-aged-businessman" brand. That said, I dislike the exterior design of the 5-series, 7-series, the fourdoor 1-series and the X3. When it comes to interiors there are in my opinion very few brands who can match BMW within, and up to, it's price range. They also stay modern WAY longer than most other brands.

Discussing interior colour is as you say, rather pointless unless you're going to look at the entire range of available colours. Disliking a design because it happens to come in black is like disliking meat because it sometimes ends up in a kebab.

I'd prefer a lighter colour on those leather seats though
