She doesn't one, she took is down many years ago and no can find her anymore. But her artworks still circulate around the net.

I made 'lily' a keyword in my tags when I uploaded the painting so it's not surprising that it shows up on google.Β
I also know of lily, she's a wonderful artist and my inspiration when I made the painting. It is in tribute to her.Β
I just wanted to clarify and make absolutely clear however that this is my artwork. I made it from beginning to end. All of it, nothing has be taken or copied.

it's not your version which is found on google, it's lily's version.... she has a different coloring style, face design is identical here

Lily's version? My version? I don't think you can own a 'version' of the character. It is fanart.Β
I believe that doesn't have anything to do copyright either. If it was an infringement of copyright, it won't be lily that it should be addressed to, that would go towards Kishimoto Masashi. He's the one that own the character.
I don't mind you telling me your opinion though, I find your reason interesting but they may be a misunderstanding on your behalf, because I made him from scratch and I can tell you many people have used 'lily's' version of itachi as their inspiration because she's a beautiful drawer.

No, it's not facts or evidence. It's an assumption. An idea you have somehow got stuck in your head.
However I respect that you are allowed to have your own opinion. I accepted that my artworks will be subjected to both negative and positive judgment when I decided to put them up on the internet. The head angle is universal, I've done that angle many times before. Itachi's hair...is Itachi's hair. It's going to fall in relatively that same way in nearly all fanart.Β
However, your 'evidence' is all speculation, it's all glorified in your mind.
I'm not a fussy person. If I had done something as flimsy as copying an artwork for a piece of fanart, I would have said that I did. I have no problem to fessing up to it because art is a career for me. I would not risk it by being lier, it would have too many unwanted repercussions. The problem here lies in that fact that I didn't.
