Knowledge of Fire is not sin. It was a gift. Nor was Pandora punished in any way not present in the Jar, nor was she punished directly, and it was that act, her curiosity, that ended the Golden Age, not our knowing of fire.Β
That said, I do love this, and thank you for using a jar! Because it wasn't a box.

nah, I was being poetic. Seems that you're well aware of the myth but I just took it differently. The fire was a gift fromΒ Prometheus, which he stole from the greater gods (a sin). Pandora is created to punish Prometheus.. and eventually, us.
It's an allegory in a way. Similar to the tree of knowledge in the bible, the original sin.
Glad you pointed out the jar! it's the original after all.
P.S. Not sure if you notice as well, the golden headband she's wearing by Hephaestus. Decorated with monsters, a symbol of gods' anger.
