Description -About 111 photos edited together with PTGui Pro.
-Then a few Photoshop touchups and then Lightroomed.
-I only allowed a (1024pix)^2 image on here, but the image I exported from PTGui Pro is (40in)^2 at 300pix/in. That took over a night to warp in PTGui Pro! The final image I cropped out a lot sky, so it's only about (25in)^2.

-If I had a really powerful computer I could output a image out of PTGui at around (126in)^2 or (3.2m)^2 at 300pix/in. Which is big, really big. Ok, maybe the final image wouldn't be that big because I cropped it in Lightroom.

It seems that when uploading to deviantart things seem to get a bit saturated, sorry about that.

Thank you! ....yah pans are fun! For any 360 degree pans it's all about your total surroundings. The location of your camera (in reference to the earth) and not where it's pointing. Which makes it sound maybe easier the normal photography, but your subject is everything around you. much harder. .....though I think the best part about pans is the amount of detail you can get. Making them look amazing when printed. Especially linear or that is cylindrical pans. cheers!

Wonderful piece! It's very beautifully assembled. I can imagine how painstakingly you put this together. I just did my first big panorama over the summer. You've got a great gift, and I thank you for sharing it with us.

It wasn't too bad, but I use PTGui Pro to assemble my pans. It does a lot of the assembling for me. There was only a few things that needed to be fix in photoshop later because PTGui Pro didn't warp and place all the images perfectly. The most time consuming part its outputting the image out of PTGui Pro. Which took hours, but luckily that's all computer so just couldn't use my computer well it was doing that.

Do you use a program for assembling pans like PTGui Pro or Hugin? ...don't photoshop to assemble pan it's horrible (or that's what I found), only use it to edit a finish pan.

Thanks, but everything improves with practice. There so much wrong with this mini world of mine still, or that is I see a lot of think that I can improve on next time.

I did my panorama manually, and because my Nikon P80 is a wide-angle camera, it has a bit of a fish-eye effect around the edges, so I was using probably only the middle 50%-75% of each shot.

The thing is though, unless other people know exactly how to get the effect that you do, they're not as nit-picky. I also tend to see more errors in my own work than most of the people who view them it seems.
