He's grumpy and lazy and thinks he's as regal and powerful as a real dragon.
The rest of my JRs don't take him too seriously, and that can get on his nerves.
If they call him Spitfire, he gets really flustered and tell them to call him "Mister" Spitfire.
They sometimes call him "Mr. S" and while he finds it a little annoying, will accept that.
