That doesn't look like it, Delsin Rowe is set to be the new main character. But with the whole evil Cole turning to Kessler loop I'm sure that he won't die, if someone could justify a crossover that would be pretty awesome too.

bad-John dies Cole becomes the beast
Good-Cole uses the RFI, cures the plague but kills every conduit in the world (ps nix dies BEFORE you end the game EVERY TIME! good or evil)

Well New Marias knows what a treated him like a fallen hero. Zeke gives Cole a burial at sea (or whatever they're on a boat in the ocean that's all I know) zooms out from the boat and just before the credits start lightning STRIKES Cole's boat laying the ground work incase they make an InFamous 3

The ending are quiet different so I have no idea what making a third would be like.
I would think it to be quiet difficult to get it all on the same page but a third would be absolutely wicked. :3
