Description
A fusion of my top 2 favorite pokemon (Latios and Lugia).I like how it turned out for my first submission.
I used the Lugia base from [link] as a starting point and just made edits from there.

I mean, back then I made edits to the base pixel-wise, but I think the base was more so just low-res than actual pixel art.

What type would it be? Psychic/Dragon or psychic/flying.

Probably psychic/dragon with levitate, since that's usually how they handle pokemone that can fly but don't have room for flying type (like flygon).
