Interesting choice to go for a more cubic route, nicely shaded, well balanced, slightly protruded nose bridge gives him a bit of character along with the curvature of the mouth and the jowl lines, shading in the eye areas which is very often overlooked, nicely done, I think the only thing I can identify that has any kind of flaw is where the darkest layer is on the ear, but even that is just a simple flaw to remind me you made it, not do some cheap picture edit, overall it's perfect, nice work

very nice job on this one the light source is defined and shown through the whole piece my only suggestion is to define the jawline otherwise excellent job
