I think as it is, it could be the jumping-off point for many different stories because the roles the two parties are playing are very vague.
Of course if there's further pages, even if you don't add words, what's happening will become more and more solidified (unless it's a non-deterministic story where the pages are more potential-sequential instead linear, but that would just be odd).
