No more bare-skinned Sasuke?
That's like no more blond Naruto.

Wow, this is beautiful...but very melancholy.
All the colors stand out and complement each other. They really help to push that mood of quiet...self reflection...maybe even a tinge of regret. The lighting is done excellently, because the colors are still lush (like they are after a rainstorm) but the darkness stays.
I love what you did with the rocks, how you blended all those colors into them. They're so different from the rest of the picture because of their lighter colors and highlights, but they don't detract at all...they sort of inspire a kind of lonely atmosphere...I can't tell why. The hills in the background are my favorite, because their color really exemplifies the themes of this picture...you've really picked excellent colors for this.
And Sasuke's facial expression is perfect, so his his posture. It's a bit hard for me to describe though...that's how well done it is. It's a deep facial expression.
So in conclusion, this piece is done very well. The colors are striking and the atmosphere is a bit...stifling...I can feel it clearly through my monitor.
(oh, and I got the Sai script and I've read it. There are a lot of things I'd like to say about it! So I'll send a comment later. ^_____^ Thanks so much for sending it to me!!!)

Ahhh I love awesome comments like this one. Thank you so much for it : ) I'm glad you like the colors... haha, they're a little experimental for me. Usually I start every image with grayscale and then add colors... so doing this piece with colors from scratch was a weird experience for me because it felt less controlled. I still did some tweaking, but still... haha... I'm glad it all came together enough for you to enjoy : ) Thank you!
