I've been so bogged down with real life haunting me and sucking my time away, that I haven't been able to sit down to actually draw anything for weeks. I feel a little better now that I sat down to draw some fan art. I still don't like Sasuke very much in the canon storyline at the moment, but at least I can draw him in less douchey circumstances. Ahh, the power of an artist.

The background was my experiment. We'll see tomorrow, after I've slept on it, if I like it or not lolol I pretty much colored over my sketch. Because I haven't done that in a long time and I wanted a change.

FYI: Sasuke's supposed to be washing himself and his clothes. Yes, with his clothes on. Because maybe the guy doesn't -have- another change of clothes. Oh wait... this is Sasuke we're talking about, who changes his outfit every 20 or so chapters. Never mind. He's just a douche. (Or maybe DeviantART is, because I once did an image of Sasuke taking a bath in the hotsprings, and they removed the image, because even though I didn't show anything, they said it went against the rules since he's technically a minor in the series. So, no more bare-skinned Sasuke of anything).

And P.S. I originally had elaborate plans of adding Karin's head or something poking out from behind a rock, stalking him, but then figured it'd kill the mood of my piece. But you guys can feel free to imagine she's there spying on him.

P.S. This is a slightly edited version. The original version has a slightly more contrasty darker blue gradient background, but since it looked so -AWFUL- in DA thumbnails, I've lightened it slightly.
