This is amazing - I love all the little writing that you can read and (splash) on her lap.

Thanks. I really like this one. There are a lot of layers, but somehow things didn't wind up messy. Glad you enjoyed!

Loving all the circles. Where oh where do you get old Bingo cards? I don't think they ever played Bingo here in Africa ...

This is actually a real Bingo card, not a reproduction as is commonly sold by art supply companies these days. I don't remember where I got this one (and it was a singleton), but it came with a bunch of really old typewritten receipts. Glad you enjoyed the circles. That was a different approach for me, but I like the way it turned out.

Thanks! I like to search through bins and barrels of old stuff at flea markets and thrift stores. Amazing what one can find for cheap! When I see something I relate to, I grab it, even if I don't know what I am going to do with it. Eventually, I find a use for just about everything, though.

yeah, I thought about going to the flea market so many times...

sometimes I think the (collage) elements find you and not the other way round or that's what I experience when I do collage cards....

Yes, that is so true. It's like when a snip of text literally walks onto the page and says "glue me. now." A splendid feeling. I love when that happens!

Those are awesome wings. She can catch the wind with those instead of rowing. A lot of nice circles too.

Thanks. Got into the circles, as you can see. Pushing off into the great organic sea....

Thanks! I had fun with the boat. And the pier on the right is inspired by Angry Birds, and the rock walls at level 2-21 that I can't seem to break through.

I think she's saying "Look, Ma! No oars!" Wonderful contrast between the bright gold and the dull, watery scene.

Thanks. There's a lot of paper behind and on top of the transfer. One of the more complicated arrangements, but that's why she's going to make a splash!
