Description
This a few things...

One, its the partner pic for [link]

Two, its a lot of work (lol but I loved doing it)

and Thirdly, its just a little concept that's been playing around in my head since I saw PotC 3...

Basic idea is that there is a Tenth Pirate Lord - The Lord of the Other World Seas... but considering he is RARELY needed, no one ever really lets anyone else know about his existance... The reason that came up was the fact that if Davy Jones was a the first Brethren Court, and telling them how to imprison Calypso, than he must of had some sway in order to get them to listen... so... in my mind he would of had to be a Pirate Lord, and since Will had to take over Davy Jones' original job of ferrying the souls of the dead, perhaps he had to take over his place as the Lord of the Other World Seas...

As for the way he looks it was just my little thought from a fiction I was going to write... though I seemed to have started and never continued lol....

I only panted to his shoulders, but I'll describe the full outfit... well... his full changed appearance.

His left hand is tattooed, all the way up to his elbow, showing each bone that lays underneath the flesh.

On his right hand, on the index finger, is a segmented armor ring than ends in a hooked claw.

On his belt is a strange thing like a snake tail, but it ends in long feather like scales in a fan...being a dried oriental dragon's tail (no clue how he got that...lol)

His boots end in a bit of a point, and have buckles all up and down them to keep them in place.

He's wearing a crab's claw as a pendant - which serves as his Piece of Eight (in case its hard to tell what's around his throat)

And his bandanna is blue and gold brocade.

NOTE: HE was a "paint over" of a photo of Orlando Bloom, however this again, was for proportioning purposes.
