Gender Ratio: Female 12.5%/Male 87.5%
Species Information: It has been said that the great Arceus, has created the first Eevee in it's image. When Eevee was forced evolved, by the Seven Sinners, into Eeveon had gained the ability Multitype. Only pokemon to share this ability is Arceus. Many researchers believe that Eeveon, may in fact can evolve again into any type when holding a specific type, but has yet to be discovered. The fact that Eeveon, may hold an important key into discovering the great reason in life has made it an incredible find, if a trainer is lucky to capture one. Only one known Eeveon is known to exist.
Dex Entry: Eeveon are highly regarded for their beauty and gracefullness in battle. Eeveon are rather prideful pokemon, it takes a humble trainer to raise one properly, and effectively. Eeveon are the rarest of the Eevee evolutions.

Only problems I see with Eeveon (btw, I love the name) are:
1) HOW does Eevee evolve? Personally, Eevee's Pokedex description says it has so many evolutions because its genetics are wacky and can change into anything. Maybe have a held item called "Stabilizer", or have some guy say "I DID IT, I DID IT, I FOUND A WAY TO STABALIZE EEVEE!" but it turns out it only makes it evolve anyway. Personally, I'd say *Eevee* should *EV*olve into *Eeve*on with max *EV*'s. Get it?
2) Eeveelutions follow a stricked stat value. 130, 110, 95, 65, 65, 60 and as much as anyone would like to change it, changing its stats would cause the eeveelutions to loss their most basic tradition. I feel Normal Eeveelution would be (HP 95 / Atk 130 / Def 65 / SAk 60 / Def 65 / Spd 110).
3) If this was a real Pokemon game, I doubt there would be "created byΒ Arceus", keep it if you want to but for realisticΒ purposes I would change it to something like "After developing aΒ method failed toΒ stabilizeΒ the genetics of Eevee, it transformed into a new Pokemon" or something.
4) Protean > Multitype for Eeveon. Personally, I feel his abilities should be Normalize and Protean. Normalize because its a Normal Eevee, and Protean because Eevee can evolve into anything it wanted, Eeveon should be able to USE anything it wanted.

Well, I suppose that works, but why not make it something like Manaphy and Phione.
Besides, Eevee is suppose to be the genetic pokemon and genetically unstable.

Very interesting design; you rarely see people do an evolution of eevee, as opposed to an eeveelution. It's a welcome concept.
