Description
This is a collaborative image between =temporary-glitch and *silverbobcat . Please do not copy, trace, or redistribute.---
The steps to this image's completion are as follows:
1. =temporary-glitch and *silverbobcat engaged in an openCanvas 1 networking session. =temporary-glitch sketched Peppermint and *silverbobcat sketched Truffles.
2. =temporary-glitch inked the image in openCanvas 4.
3. *silverbobcat colored the image in Photoshop.
4. Final edits were made in Photoshop, including watermarking, signatures, and borders.
=temporary-glitch says: This turned out more awesome than I could have ever dreamed it would. Of course, I would never expect anything less than this from *silverbobcat . Her colors look so FUCKING good and everything is how I would have seen it in my head.
Peppermint is the one riding Truffles, and Peppermint is of my creation while Truffles is that of *silverbobcat 's. Peppermint is a really, really old character that has gone through many revisions, and Truffles was born oh...one or two years ago? I can't remember.
Anyway, this will be made into a poster at the upcoming SacCon.
HOLIDAY is an SCCG project.

This is such a beautiful work. The two of you worked together to create a spectacular image. Although the holidays are over, it makes me happy to see this. The looks on both of their faces are so happy like it makes me smile toooooo~! The details are so magnificent, if I could ever work like this I'd love it. Praaaiiiiseee.

Which is much better as an artist. Sometimes I post a lengthy, heartfelt review of the picture and I fave it, but I never get a comment back and it makes me feel like they don't appreciate what I'm saying, even though they post it here for us to view & stuffs. I don't know... Oh well. I know it's hard when you have so many comments though, 200-something is enough for me and I bet you get SOOO many comments. So I'll stop talking, haha.

Maybe as a 'Student student'- but animation would be your life, your passion.
I'd think you'd wanna go the extra mile for something so fun and unique to learn (and is expensive to learn >>;;;; ).

my suggestion would be to purchase and study Preston Blair's book (which is relatively cheap!) titled: Cartoon Animation. It's small, sleek, to the point- and all you need to get induldged in what animation truly is. Feel free to seek other sources, but that book is more or less my bible at times
