Ahh, as soon as I was writing that comment.. similar thoughts occurred... but as the images are in the past, have been done.... they were, and still are a fantastic series...

...there went my guess of the excluded letter; your presence has been excluded in these last ones...

It's in C- the lock of hair that creates the letter is mine. Z is a direct reference to the first image I took in the 'home' series and therefore does not need me.

...though I thought regarding the latter portion, the black dress was an unofficial start or at least inspiration to that series; I see it how you state it though. Where isn't there comfort?

Keep in mind I am telling I story. I cannot help what happens to my characters. As I have said time and time ago "comes a time in telling a story you have to stop trying to direct it and simply do as you're told. No matter how much you like your characters you cannot force a happy ending."

...though in one perspective, Z would not be the end, or isn't in your interpretation of the story (the alphabet), but a stop along the way of something defying those boundaries (already broken by the admitted exclusion of a letter, at least to be fully realized to the observers when the rest are done and you've moved on---though who knows to play devil's advocate if you don't come back and reinclude the letter to its housing context)...or I guess it could be seen as a work where the end's told before the back cover, then explained until that physical end is reached. I can't recall when there are ever happy endings; I'm not dead yet, so there's always something after...
