about 2 seconds. 2 years (I rescued her from someone who was going 'to set her free'.) my room. plain old furniture store on route 1 in maryland-it's not the kind of thing they keep in the showroom, I picked it out of a catalogue which was a little bit scary-but it turned out to be just what I wanted. Housewarming present from mama.
