yay i got this done ^^This is one of Miyuki's cellos... This is a deep hot pink electric cello that she uses for live performances, and sometimes for photoshoots and music videos. (The rest of the time she uses a classical style white cello that i will be painting later. I will also be painting her piano soon too!)
The outer pieces that replicate the traditional cello shape are removeable so that she can use just the center piece for live shows.. Giving more ability to move around and interact with the rest of the band, rather than just being stuck in once place.
yep, thats all for now lol!
Time - about 2 hours in photshop cs3 and SAI with a wacom tablet.

Model - Yamaha SVC-416 Electric Cello (Custom built)
Color - Deep Shocking Pink
This is Miyuki's main cello. It is used for live concerts, photoshoots, and music videos.
Upon finding out that she got the position of cellist in Deuphorious and would be moving to America, her parents bought the cello for her as a gift.
The cello is fitted with an extended pin at the bottom so that it remains stable while being played standing up.
The side pieces that resemble the traditional cello shape are removeable so that Miyuki has more mobility during live performances.

the only problem is that the electric pick up really wears down on tone quality when you're using an instrument that requires a bow. My freind has an electric violin...but she likes her regular one better.
