Description This is an entry for a contest I'm entering, the theme is "draw your favourite Pokemon" so yeah. XD

Many people probably think Snivy is my favourite Pokemon, however that isn't the case. Snivy is just ONE of my favourites. Honchkrow is definitely my top fave. I mean he's so chubby and fluffy and so badass like a boss and akjkajkjaksjkajskajs <333 So adorable. >w<

I tried a new painty style here. ^^ I never usually enter contests that much except ones that my friends host, and I'm not expecting to win anything either. But I thought it'd be fun to give it a go anyway. ^^

I've always liked Honchkrow; it's like one of the best Dark types ever! This is really an awesome piece of art. Honchkrow seems to be plotting something mischievous, makes me wonder what it is.

I didn't airbrush, I used the plain brush tool in SAI. XD

Technically, an "airbrushed" artwork in deviantART is any artwork that has been sketched, added base colors below, and was refined with any kind of brush at a layer above all other layers.

Well in my eyes "airbrushing" is using a tool which gives a soft shade effect to your art. I made this honchkrow picture in a sort of painty style that isn't soft shaded like an airbrush. See when you say "airbrushed" it makes me think of the airbrush tool. Regardless though, it's a digital painting~
