Fantastic is the only word I can think of. There's so much detail here, I would have to write an essay just to cover everything I like about him. If I had to pick one thing that I really think is cool, it would have to be the eyes. The lines underneath and the bushy eyebrows really make him look like a dignified yet grizzled old dude. Also the texture and shaping in the beard looks great.
Anyway, very well done; I don't normally pay much attention to things that pop up in the sidebar, but I'm a plushie snob, and he really caught my attention. Mad props.
