I started adding the blue shading and thought, "This isn't a simple ref sheet anymore." :I But I finally decided on a WoF hybrid that I like, so it's all good.

I'll just settle her info here temporarily until I get off my butt and create a proper ref sheet of some sort. She's basically a frozen rainbow, but her non-ice, default colors were inspired by the bird of paradise flower.

Name: Prism

Gender: Female

Tribe: Rainwing/Icewing Hybrid

Abilities(or lack thereof): Prism possesses the Rainwing ability to change her scales, but only the ones along the top-half of her body and her wings. She can completely camouflage herself if she manages to hide her lower half somehow. She does not have the Icewings ability to breathe frostbreath and can't spit acid like other Rainwings.

Beginnings: Prism came about when her parents met in the budding city of Sanctuary. Her mother, Glacial, despite trying her best to raise in rank and be a proud member of the Icewing tribe, had grown stressed and restless from a slew of failures that placed her in the sixth circle. While she hadn't fallen to the absolute bottom, it quickly disheartened her that she wasn't able to climb any higher despite her countless attempts at redemption.
By chance, Glacial happened to hear of a new city that the Talons of Peace were establishing, free from any tribe, and populated by dragons without a queen. The idea of living a life without the wall of rankings constantly looming over her was enticing. Unable to get the thought out of her head, she eventually packed up and moved to the prospective new town.

Rainwings were nonexistent in the Talons of Peace, so Glacial was surprised to see one helping to build the city. This is where she met Dusk, who explained that he wanted to see if other tribes could grow to come together as his own and the Nightwings had already done and wanted to be a part of that possibility. Dusk's relaxed nature and calm personality may have been what attracted her to him, and thus Prism was eventually hatched.

Personality: Calm and quiet, thought she has a tendency to ramble when she gets excited about something.
