After returning from the expedition and especially with these newcomers so close to the start of Hallowturne, Lacrima was even more eager to start learning Magic than before. She was burning to learn hurricane magic in order to enhance her combat skills, but she's heard that sound magic was easier, so might as well start here, right?

Lacrima was focused on studying the theory when the door suddenly opened and Kiran stepped in, startling her quite a bit. And she want her to take care of Potato...? But didn't Kiran just get him?? Ugh, fine... Only if he doesn't disrupt her studies though

So ye, Lacrima's finally starting to learn using magic like she's been wanting to do for ages and she's annoyed with herself that she let the expedition distract her. Now October was almost here and, well... She wasn't going to go in unprepared this time.

All the while Kiran's concerned about Spuds and Potato not getting along, so she wants to separate them for the time being.

This has been sitting unfinished in my folder for a while and was actually supposed to take place right after Lacrima's gem fully opened, but tbh it still fits well so I thought I'd just finish it anyways
