You made the wind effect really nice Especially on the hair
But then, i think you should look at some references about hands, general anatomy and weapons.
Her thumbs disappeared somewhere while her hands are in pretty awkward position.
Her arms are WAY too short. The tips of the fingers should reach about half of her thighs.
Finally , the weapon she holds is pretty unsymmetrical. Some help lines and predesign should help that. (i could talk really long about weapons xD )
