One suggestion? When I look at the eyes, I somehow stir off from them. Could you try sometime, maybe next time, to make the eye colour a bit darker and add a black pupil? Since the eye colour would be darker, the pupil wouldn't stand out that much, which is good, and makes the eye seem a bit more lively. It's just a suggestion.

Ahem, I do draw. It's just I keep the ones I submit in my scraps.
I like colouring, but you always need some nice line art. My drawings are not so good, so I don't feel like colouring them. But I'm quite good at colouring other people's art. It's because their drawings are pretty and inspires me to colour them. I've done so once or twice, and all turned out great.

Awww, this is very cute 
As for crit, I think her body should be bigger (or her head should be smaller) - even though it's animΓ© which is often a bit disproportionate, her limbs and frame look too small to support her head. The anatomy on her body isn't bad at all, but I think her body could be a bit thicker and not curve in so much.
