I love all of these sketches but I have to say Junior is probably my favorite of the bunch. I find quite a few renditions of Junior to be too cartoony for my taste but here you've drawn him to look much more like the original puppet, which immediately made me happy to see. Of course the same can be said for all of them which I can see are all drawn very close to their puppety selves, and I am very impressed with that. 
On a small side note; Boober's smile is priceless. It warms my heart.
