Really cool i like how the splash of colors shoot out of her tablet like that. I like how her glasses color fade out like that cool effect.

This is awesome.
The only thing for me is that the shade on her glasses look like a really deep blush. It's kinda funky looking at first glance. I'm thinking mostly because of the particular shade you used.

the outlines of the eyes are indeed a lighter pink than conventional, any reason for this?
also, how much of the drawing is made on paper, and how much is digitally drawn?

well, certainly drawn good. are you use the outlines that make up her eyes should be filled pink, thats kinda odd looking...
