Description This would be my version of Guinevere at the moment it's not colored but maybe I'll do a better one and color her then. I personally don't like Guin, never have never will can't forgive her. I always imagined her to be very spoiled person and have yet to be satisfied with a rendention of her thus part of my reason to make my own story ^_~

Read the song of the sparrow by lisa ann sandell. Gwen was snobbish in that one. If you've haven't heard of Elaine of Astolat, she is someone who loved Lance very deeply and in the book Gwen is very snooty to her.

I never liked Guinevere, but I have to admit, that she looks great here... with that "queenish" look on her face. The dress looks flawless.
Cheers!

Very snooty--which is a justifiable interpretation of the famous Queen, although I prefer her to have some good qualities as well. But great job on the hair and gown!

Oh, I like the expression and the stance. That's a magnificent job you've done!

If you would like to read and Arthurian book wherein Gwen is protrayed in both a kind and believeable light, find George Finkel's "Watch Fires to the North," originally published in England under the title, "Twilight Province." It is one of the greatest books I have ever read, and I highly recommend it to you.

I love the drawing it's beautiful. (Tho I disagree with your view on her as a person. I know first hand that it is possible for a person to love two people at once. The problem she has is that she is not mentally strong enough to handle such a dilemma; and I can not blame her personally for such a mental block because women in that time period were kept below their potential in a lot of respects)

You really should color this. It's such a great rendering of her charcter (at least how you have described her to me).
