Good aging effect. This is good work.
Fairly good tonal quality. The dynamic range is pushed just a bit to the highlights, loosing some highlight detail, but it is working well overall. Post-processing with Curves in Photoshop would allow you to maintain a good dynamic range, while avoiding any blowout, pulling some detail out of the high end.
