This is very well done, conveying the true emotions these two feel for one another.
The filter you applied makes this feel like their romance is new and fresh, "young love" as it were. As if they're dancing in a room filled with people, but they only have eyes for each other.
The background is really cool too, playing off on the emotion and fluffiness of the overall piece. The bright pink plays really well in contrast to the cool green of the grass.
The thing about this drawing that I like the most is that there are no black outlines around the characters, bringing out the brightness and allowing the characters to truly stand out over the backgrounds.
Overall, this is an excellent piece and you should feel great about it.

I'm glad you were encouraged to continue, as this is a great piece of artwork. The colors give it a really soft feeling, which fits the moment perfectly. The characters themselves are represented nicely, as well. You really conveyed their love well. My favorite part is that Marceline is taller than Bubblegum.^^

the colors and the blur~ it all looks cool and the colors fit perfectly. XD
