Description
A redesign of an old CoH character, Plum Whine! She's a magical girl who I plan to feature in her own story eventually so I had to give her a full makeover to make her an original character in her own right.Plum is kind of a failure of a magical girl with a good heart and somewhat erratic sonic-based magical powers.
Turn-around:

And will eventually be the titular character of the working title novel, Super Magical Girl Plum Whine (I'm good at naming things)

She's pretty cute, but her hair is a bit too uneven. Maybe it's just the angle, but the combination of the hair loops and fan seems a bit rushed.
