A quick, fun picture I drew in really bad light. I didn't realise how horrible the proportions were, and the facial structure is very odd. However there is something I like about it anyway

I kind of like some of the odd proportions; the tall/skinnyness of the horse Kinda give it a delicate sort of feel? Makes me think of wind. O_o Not just the mane and tail, but also with the colors. Wind and ice. Yes.

I think his proportions are pretty awkward, he is a little too delicate. I think he would fall over from the wieght of his wing

Beautiful colors! Blue looks so shiny on that greyish paper! Composition is also great, very different what people normally do which makes this look even more unique! As you pointed out proportions are a bit off but I don't think it is that big deal in fantasy horses. This looks great anyway!
