Whew! Haven't commented on your gorgeous work in a while! Must catch up!
I really, realllly love that swooshy hair. It looks so soft and silky, I just want to run my fingers through it! And now I want to dye my hair that color, so lovely. The white markings are beautiful, they're very natural and really bring out the blue. How did you get that smokey effect of the background? It's beautiful. Did you use prismacolors for the horse? Yeah, I think I need to break those out and practice now. Very inspiring! I don't know if you've done a tutorial for the way you color (I'm about to check and see) but I think you should. You've got this rich, smooth style going that really makes my eyes happy.

It been ages! 
The background is just blue and black pastels smudged on the paper. They give such a nice soft colour.
I think I used mainly derwerts for this,but I'm sure prismas were used somewhere as well.
