Incomplete / asymmetrical white spotting.
The other paws would have pink paw pads to show that there was supposed to be white spotting there, but there isn't any visually.
And only his toes are white, not his whole paw.

I think technically the pink is the white spotting. So it's not 'invisible' it's just not actually white?
