Deviantart can get into serious trouble for having lying underage users! If you claim to be 13 and you are not, you are breaking the terms and conditions.
Deviantart could be shut down, meaning you are ruining it for the thousands and thousands of deviants.
Seriously, under 13's take the internet very seriously. There are also predators out there, they will find you, they will trick you...
Please for the love of toast get off dA and wait until you are 13!!

The age limit is basically a 'Enter At Your Own Risk' warning sign that I think should be taken seriously. But fuck it,if kids choose to ignore it ,let 'em.It's there own fault if they get banned a week later.

I think they can because there is no reason to ban them, they are not breaking rules. If they constantly make new profiles before they are 13 I should imagine they are making it worse for themselves.
