It's the link that starts off with fav.me and ends with a seven letter and number code. In this case, the quicklink to this picture is fav.me/dd1fagz - and the derogatory word in question is "fag", which means a homosexual man. But it isn't rude to me and other people living in the UK, because there, it's just a slang term for a cigarette.
