pretty neat angle you got there. though the motive doesn't interest me that much, I must say it looks pretty cool. Perhaps an even lower aperture and lower contrast? Do note, however, that I don't know what I'm talking about

Yeah, perhaps looking cool is all it really has going for it. Hahah, I tend to do that some times. Get distracted from the aspects of art that make it work and end up making something that just looks neat.
For example: "LOOK! You can totally see specks of dust perfectly sharp!" lol.. I completely blame the lens I'm obsessed with now.

That's exactly what I get caught up in.
"ooOOooo this looks cool close up.. OOOOO! THAT looks even cooler close up!" and that scenario had me moving about 2 inches to the left between taking two photos haha.
well, since I'm here and shit; this picture is great and actually quite well composed. Considering that one thing... you know.. damnit... The Rule of Birds? Yeah that's it.

btw, how did you get that sharp a picture with 10sec shuttertime? why did you need 10 sec shuttertime with 1.8 aperture? How did you get such a deep DOF with 1.8 aperture? Why did you shoot 10sec shutter without raising ISO?
