This is OOAK! A time- consuming but awesome leather aviator hat with metal earcups/ power module/ wiring! The top is 9 separate sewn strips that curve around the head. I disassembled a stainless door lockset/ deadbolt for the metal hardware, wires from an old A/V cable! Great likeness to the hats in the Fallout videogame series! The earpieces are decorative only, not working headphones.Related content

Thank you, Kreeping! It was a challenge figuring out which recycled parts fit best to bring this hat to life! A Dremel Tool is a must for projects like this! Lots of grinding/ cutting/ polishing metal LOL!
