Here is a group shot of our crew of trolls from Friday at Otakon 2011.This is one of the few good shots I got of my Eridan outfit before my fins melted off my face due to the heat (and being crammed into a relatively small place with a relative hoard of Homestuck cosplayers).

How did you make your fins and attach them?
It could be an issue with the material you're using to attach them...

I realized afterwards that I really need to remove the makeup underneath them and apply more spirit gum, or even a little extra latex.

Ooooh yeah XD When I did mine, I put the makeup on most of the fins first, except where I would be attaching them, put them on, then did my makeup. That way I could blend the "seams" in too...
