Description A birthday present for Searonik of his draconic self. Who knew that aquatic dragons could be people too and have unexpected interests? ^^

That is really interesting to hear! I actually just painted this without too much thought on the composition, but I'm really happy that my intuition pulled through! I quite enjoy how it turned out myself. ^^ Thank you!

This is beautiful and a bit classical in composition.
He is underwater, right? I love the shape and fade of his tail.

Thanks! I wasn't even thinking on the composition too hard - at least not enough to be able to identify it as any particular type. Happy accident strikes again! : D

And oops - I didn't think of him as underwater, but I can see how that might be able to be perceived. He's meant to be on top of some rocky ledge (which to me seems very surrealist in its simplicity, but I digress). The name 'Montane' refers to this mountainous terrain.
