A very well done B&W picture, and a very good posture showing authority and greatness in the subjects expression and posture.
Seeing this reminds me of the X-Files episode "Je Souhaite," were a female geie named Jinn has live through time, and was in old photos with Nixon and Mussolini, whom she caused to lose power.

Oh, wow. The authoritarian pose and expression is superb. I feel this wouldn't have been complete without the background, which strangely forges it's on agenda. It makes it feel modern and Orwellian.
