Dex entry: It was thought that these Pokemon were a manifestation of courageous spirits. Seeing one appear as if from nothing and rise into the sky at twilight is a sight to behold.

Burrowl -(lvl 26 at night) - Phantulum

Based on the great horned owl and accompanying Native American legends en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_ho… .
Though the design is intentionally vague in its aspects of Native American tradition I am not in any way aware or knowledgeable of all its rich culture so if anyone recognizes some concerning detail of this design please let me know!
